(NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, today will host a Grand Opening of its new customer experience center in Rockledge, Florida. The ribbon-cutting event marks the second customer experience center to be opened in Brevard County and continues to affirm TeleTech's commitment to providing employment opportunities throughout Florida and the U.S.

The new center supports nationally-recognized health insurance clients and will create up to 500 jobs within the Rockledge community. TeleTech is actively hiring team leaders, trainers, quality assurance agents and licensed insurance agents. There are also opportunities for prospective employees to take part in TeleTech'sHealthcare Insurance development program to become licensed agents. Job fairs will be held on Sept. 23 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rockledge site located at 4050 Riomar Drive, Suite 100 for interested candidates to learn more about opportunities for employment.
